"The design of these collections is based on my fascination with stones, their infinite variety of shades, their ability to change colour depending on the position of the eye or the time of day.

“I have reimagined them so that they reveal their sparkle, their mists and the secret gardens within.

“Through bold and innovative assemblies on many levels, I worked like a painter, fusing colours, with these exceptional gems and their magnificent hues as my palette.

“I explored different ways of supporting the stones - opening up the angles of view as much as possible, multiplying light paths so as to allow glimpses of the faces which would otherwise be hidden by the settings.”
