COOKIES POLICY USED BY QITTERI

  1. Cookies

A cookie is a file that can be saved on the hard disk of the terminal of Customers and Users during a consultation of the Site. These small files may contain, for example, the shopping cart and the Customer's preferences.

QITTERI may place cookies on Users' terminals in order to allow them to browse the Site under optimal conditions, to save Customer profiles and to restore their preferences when they are connected via their usual terminal, to determine the Products consulted or purchased or to produce statistics.

  1. Type of cookies used via the Site

QITTERI uses cookies:

  • navigation , which are cookies necessary for the proper technical operation of the Site because they make it possible to optimize the display of content from each User terminal;

QITTERI does not keep cookies allowing the traceability of a User or the obtaining of IP addresses beyond thirteen (13) months after the first deposit in a User's terminal.

Traffic data is generated when the User's terminal is connected to the Internet and to the Site.

PROCESSING OF USERS' PERSONAL DATA

  1. Conditions for the processing of Users' Personal Data

By creating an Account, Users must validate the Privacy Policy, by which they agree to be bound. The Privacy Policy may be modified or updated at any time without notice, except for the stipulations which require the consent of Users. The terms defined in capital have the definition given to them in the T&Cs.

QITTERI collects and uses the Personal Data that Users have transmitted to it spontaneously, which are necessary for placing an Order or receiving information emails from QITTERI (newsletters).

Users are required to provide their personal data and information in an accurate, sincere and true manner and to update this data and information as soon as necessary so that it remains accurate and complete.

QITTERI collects and processes Users' Personal Data in a fair and lawful manner and respecting their rights. QITTERI is responsible for processing Users' Personal Data.

The purposes of processing Customer Personal Data are:

  • Ensure quality internet browsing
  • the commercial management of QITTERI product orders made through the www.QITTERI website,
  • sending information emails on QITTERI news,
  • carrying out prospecting operations,
  • audience analysis of the www.QITTERI site or commercial statistics,
  • management of our risk policy: detecting unusual or suspicious transactions
  • the management of unpaid bills and disputes,

  1. Nature of the Personal Data collected by QITTERI

The Personal Data that may be processed are the following: surname and first name, postal address, e-mail address, telephone number (optional) of Customers and IP address of Users.

  1. Protection, retention and deletion of Personal Data

The Personal Data provided by Users is hosted by QITTERI's hosting providers.

At any time, Customers may request that their Account be closed, which will result in the deletion of the associated Personal Data.

The deletion of the Account will be effective within two (2) months of the request for deletion and in any case, after any Order in progress.

QITTERI retains Customers' Personal Data for the duration of the opening of their Account and deletes them within a maximum period of five years after the Account is closed.

  1. Communication from QITTERI

QITTERI may send Customers who have accepted it emails to the address associated with their Account to inform them of the evolution of the Site or its activities or to provide them with technical or administrative information.

Under no circumstances will Customers receive emails from third-party companies or partners of QITTERI without their authorization.

  1. Transfer of Users' Personal Data

QITTERI may transfer Users' Personal Data to its service providers, such as Dropbox, Google Analytics and Google Adwords, Cegid, Klavyo, Alma, Stripe, Paypal and Coinbase commerce.

QITTERI undertakes not to communicate, assign or transfer the Personal Data to other third parties (excluding service providers) without the express consent of the Customers but may communicate them if the law so requires or upon judicial or administrative request. .

  1. Rights of Users over their Personal Data

In accordance with applicable data protection legislation and regulations, QITTERI informs Users of their right to access, modify, oppose the processing and request the deletion of their Personal Data collected and processed, it being specified that the deletion of their data will imply the closure of their Account and obtain communication of it in a structured and readable format (unless there is a legitimate impediment). They also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority and set guidelines for their digital will.
